RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer easy returns with NO restocking fees for direct purchases!

Returns & Exchanges will be accepted on select products purchased from our website or through our Retail Sales Team within 30 days of purchase for 100% refund. Product condition must be new, unmounted and in original packaging. If you mount the tires on the wheels they will not be eligible for return or exchange. Return shipping cost to MW Company is the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

Online and Direct Purchases: Returns and exchanges must be processed through Customer Service at sales@mw.company or +1-800-788-9353 to receive the required Return Authorization Number. Returns or exchanges sent to MW Company / HiPer Technology without proper return authorization documentation will be disposed of. Wheels that have been mounted, have customer damage or are returned in the wrong packaging will not be issued a refund or credit. For exchanges, replacement order must be placed at the same time as the Return Authorization is issued. Exchanged product will not be shipped until returned product has been received and inspected. In the event that a refund is owed, the refund will be processed after the returned product has been inspected.

Dealer / Distributor Purchases: Returns or exchanges must be processed through the authorized dealer or distributor you purchased from.
